Assure America Alters In-Person Operations Due To COVID-19 Pandemic
To our valued clients:
Until further notice and due to the COVID-19 pandemic, our offices are not accepting walk-ins to protect the health of our employees, our customers and our communities.
- Most services—including ID cards, policy changes and claims—can be handled over the phone, by email or via regular mail. As always, to report a claim after hours, please contact your carrier. Contact information for our carriers is listed at assureamerica.com/client-services/file-a-claim/
- Payments can be made by mailing your payment to your carrier at the address on your invoice. Our carriers also have pay-by-phone and online payment centers. Please visit assureamerica.com/client-services/make-an-online-payment/ for a list of pay-by-phone and online payment centers.
I-We will be limiting all face-to-face meetings, as most consultations for your insurance needs can be done over the phone.
